UCI-FRAM Group interview questions

Interview was conducted at their plant. HR Manager called the week prior to set up a day/time for the interview. I arrived 10 minutes early and the interview started 10 minutes late. HR Manager and Hiring Manager conducted the interview. HR Manager started with my work history from when I was in High School until now. The HR Manager took up the majority of the interview. The Hiring Manager asked several questions pertaining to quality. When they were asked questions about the company, position and necessary skills, HR Manager became defensive.Overall impression was the HR Manager had a candidate already in mind and the Hiring Manager did not. Would have been a waste of time except for the experience in interviewing with a team that had 2 different goals.

Applied online and received a reply by HR recruiter who wanted to schedule a phone interview. It took a week to do so because it took days for them to reply back to corresponding emails. One reply was sent after midnight?? Once they gave me a date and time (at 8pm?!)I waited by my phone for an hour and the call never came. Sent an email(the only contact method)the next morning and never got a reply about what happened. A very bizarre experience with this company's HR. Inconsiderate and unprofessional......Glad to find this out now rather than after hired!
