Gave in CV, few weeks later received a call for an interview. Interview was one on one and my experience was very chilled and lasted around 30 minutes and was quite chatty rather than just them questioning and me answering
It was a one-on-one interview with the employer. It wasn't a formal interview, but we did a simple interview while responding to customers in the store, and we did a trial right away
