Hostile and somewhat micro aggressive 3 step process.
First round was a 30min screening with the HM.
Second round was a panel interview with and a case study/written exercise. The panel interview was the most micro aggressive aspect of this process. I didn't even get a handshake after the interview.. What is their problem?
Third round was a reverse panel interview - opportunity to ask questions
In the end, received a boilerplate, generic rejection email with no details on feedback or points for improvement, and no details of who to contact for obtaining feedback. Utter disrespect of my time, effort and sacrifices (childcare, PTO, transport fares etc). Dreadful all round.
