I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UKBIC (Coventry, England)
Interview
In person first stage interview. Asked general HR questions as well as technical questions. Interview was quite short. Was asked back for a second interview but declined due to concerns about the culture of the company and gaining a better offer. The second interview required preparing 15-20 minute presentation on batteries.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at UKBIC (Coventry, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
Firstly, the company email and graduate role email didn't work for me. I didn't know how to contact this company. I contacted an employee who passed my details on to head of HR and got an interview from there. Very long process. Interview was supposed to be in person with 5 panelists. After it was cancelled, I called and emailed frequently but they never found a second date. Communication was very poor on their behalf and I believe they just ignored my emails and calls rather than tell me something was seeing.
