I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UKG (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2016
Interview
This was the most incredibly streamlined and efficient interview process I have ever had the pleasure of taking part in. After applying, I received an e-mailed invitation to participate in a pre-screening interview with a talent acquisition specialist. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and truly helpful. The next step was a Skype interview with a training manager. Before the Skype interview, my talent acquisition specialist made sure to send me some great tips about how to succeed in the interview, and she took the time to call me and discuss these tips. If you're applying for a position at Ultimate Software (which you absolutely should), be sure to listen to the tips that are offered to you. Your acquisition specialist will be your best friend during the entire interview process. The Skype interview was very pleasant, and I was given the opportunity to ask the training manager a few questions. The next step was to complete an online assessment. The assessment was fairly challenging, and I would closely compare it to a miniature version of the SAT's. After passing the assessment, I was invited to their Atlanta office for a final panel interview with 3 people success managers. They were friendly and engaged, and they provided me with a wealth of knowledge when I asked questions at the end. I received an offer for employment the next morning.
The interview process is too long. Had to do phone interview, a test, and 2 panel interviews. I do not believe the pay is enough for such a long hiring process.

What are some missed opportunities in your previous company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2020
Interview
Received a call from a recruiter and was invited to complete a Hirevue interview. Although it was different from what I expected I liked the fact that I could do the interview at whatever time was convenient for me. It does feel a bit awkward just recording your answers and sending them off but I think it's part of the appeal. It throws you off a bit to see how you handle it. The questions are your typical customer service questions and you don't need to use the full time to answer them. You also have 2 chances to record your answers but I usually submit my first attempt because I find it comes off less rehearsed and as natural as talking to yourself can be. After you send your answers it asked to complete some "brain teaser" still activities that were simple to figure out. It took at most 30-40 mins to complete the recording and the activities all from the comfort of my house. I was selected for a virtual panel interview afterward with the managers that I would be working with which is just you would expect.

Interview
The whole process was amazing. My recruiter, Tina, was excellent!!! She updated me on the process, gave me a pep talk before the interview, and offered me the position the day I interviewed. The whole process was quick and enjoyable. Tina was super personable and it made the process fun! The managers that interviewed me were super nice, personable, and very well spoken. Make sure to dress to impress! They noticed my suit and tie real quick. I used to be a Temp Employee for Rapid Response and was placed in a permanent position shortly afterwards through the Rising Stars Program. I think everyone should be a part of this wonderful program to learn customer service and account management skills in the world leading HR/Payroll company. Go Ultimate!
