I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UKG (Noida)
Interview
The hiring process is biased towards the academic score rather than candidate's abilities.
They strictly selected candidates with 75%+ in 10, 12 and B.Tech only. Though they didn't mention this in the requirements of JD. They have even selected candidates who know only C language with no projects or anything for that matter but only a good B.Tech percentage.
They are very much concerned about candidate's knowledge about their company, about that CEO, about their work etc.
Apply only if you satisfy the above criteria.
