I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at UKG (Montreal, QC)
Interview
There were several interviews, couple by phone and one face to face.
On face to face interview the people were friendly, the atmosphere was nice, there were no complicated questions, nor tests, few technical questions.
First I talked with managers, describing my previous experience, etc. Then there was meeting with technical part. There I described my previous experience once more and they asked several technical questions. From my point of view I responded to everything (maybe not perfectly but I knew the answers).
Few days after I clarified they changed requirements (or set of skills) required for this position. Don't know what it was, haven't faced such situations previously.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UKG in Jun 2022
