How do you plan to reach goals you set out to achieve? Have you ever had conflict in the workplace, how do you handle it? What do you like to do for fun? Why do you want this position? Tell me about yourself; Do you have any preplanned vacations?; How do you prioritize tasks, what do you do in a fast paced environment, how do you determine urgent tasks? What do you do during your free time? Why do you want this job? Why are you leaving your job? What work environment would you like to work in?

Interview
It was a pretty fast interview process. I applied, had a phone screen the same week, and a 30 minute virtual interview the following week. There were a lot of "tell me about a time you..." questions. I could tell the interviewer wasn't interested, and I was right, as they sent me an automated rejection email pretty quickly afterward. I can't complain too much about the interview though, there was nothing crazy involved and I'm sure they'll find their perfect candidate.

Interview
I received an email from a newer recruiter, who hadn't been there more than 2 months, to set up a phone interview. We had the phone interview the next day. She said she'd let me know the next steps would be in a couple days...never heard back at all.
