I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Bengaluru) in May 2017
Interview
At first i was not sure if i have to go for the interview but there were great reviews about the organization culture and exciting products Kronos is investing on, to which i said let me see what they have to offer me that might match my career aspirations. It was a total of four levels of interview process. The first interview was more of a basic level to know if i am interested to join the Noida office and whether the position aligns to what i am currently doing. The second level was an onsite call from the headquarters, i was waiting for the interviewer to join the bridge and in 2 minutes the recruiter texted me with an apology on keeping me waiting and the interviewer joined. I was amazed with the level of expertise of the interviewer, he made me comfortable and the interview turned in to a healthy conversation. There were no questions, it was a flow of statements of what i am doing currently and the things i am capable of, but i was sure that the interviewer is aligning my capabilities to the position behind the scenes. The interviewer shared with me the key initiatives and plans for coming year, to my surprise i felt like i am already working for him. What a fantastic way of treating an applicant as a part of the family. Later that week, i had the third level with the manager at Noida office. The interview was again a wonderful experience. The interviewer tried to learn about me as an individual, assessing the quick thinking capability and problem solving skills. He answered all my queries without hesitation. I tried to break his patience but he was winning my trust and confidence throughout. By this time i already liked the 2 most important things, the product roadmap and the manager's way of treating their employees. The final round was with the BPHR, i was asked to join a VC at their Bangalore office. A person guided me to the VC room and the BPHR joined from their Noida office. He started asking me professional and personal questions, a formal HR interview. Later he asked me if i have any questions, to which, i asked him to turn his cam around and show me the office in Noida (i was not comfortable with the way Bangalore office looks like). He explained me that Bangalore office is more of a sales office and people really don't hang around their cubicles but spend most of their time on the field whereas the Noida office looked to be a good place to work with a quick peak on the cam. That's all, a great interview experience and i accepted the offer in the next 2 weeks.
Very simple took maybe 15 mins for initial calll. Basic tell me about yourself and a few behavioral questions. There is another round if selected with the team where you get more behavioral and situational questions
