I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Weston, FL) in Jun 2018
Interview
Consisted of a 4 hour remote interview, I met them at my school's career fair. Their interview was heavy OOP and also consisted of some basic algorithmic knowledge (merge subroutine of merge sort), stacks, other basic array questions. The interviewers were actively engaged and were relatable and responsive. Not too bad overall.

Question 1
Explain a time where you worked with a large code base.
It was pretty simple basic leetcode with some java specific class knowledge and interview with an engineer, they really focus specifically on java knowledge. It seems like the interviewers like working there.
Overall it was very quick. 1 OA, 2 Technicals(one OOP, one LC), and an HR round. Responded within days of each interview, and I was very pleased with the process.

Question 1
I honestly don’t remember. It wasn’t hard at all. Just know OOP(max interfaces and abstract classes) and basic DSA.
