Written test with Java/selenium coding followed by technical rounds It was extremely shocking and unexpected to see how the interviewer didn't know final static variable in java could be only declared (blank final) and initialized later in static block in java. Kept saying it would be a compile time error. Despite explaining all coding logics and syntaxes the interviewer was least interested. Seems like they call people for interview just to waste their time. Really disappointed!
