I had applied for several jobs as I was thinking that this company puts People First and there is an opportunity to advance the career. So, I applied online and got a phone screen and it went well but the recruiter told me that the manager is seeking for someone with related experience. Also, I was offered for an interview for temp position and after thinking for a day, I decided to go for a temp position but after some days, the recruiter told me that the position is no longer available . I mean seriously, so unprofessional. After that I always got rejections for every positions I applied for. Advice to the management : Please give a chance to the person who is willing to learn everything as one day everyone is new to the industry. I have seen with the reference, it is very easy to land the job even if you are not qualified. Management needs to see the qualification also and not only the related experience.
