I applied for a position, but they made a mistake and sent me the job description for a different role in another country. I contacted HR, and they told me it wasn’t an issue.
I had the interview, and they were rude, even making faces during the conversation. You could sense the toxic work environment from the outside. The communication from the PM in Madrid was somewhat aggressive and unprofessional.
UKG is all about marketing; I don’t see anything "people-centric" about it. It’s better to work somewhere that values your effort.

Interview
A HR rep emailed and called me for an initial screening and said they would forward my resume to the hiring manager. They even asked for my availability. Then this HR rep never got back to me. I emailed them to ask for an update but they never responded back. I thought this was very unprofessional and for being such a big company, you would think the hrs would be more courteous then that. I have not applied to any other positions with Kronos after that incident.
