Received email from Corporate Recruiter to discuss qualifications of the job and resume. First scheduled meeting was missed by the Recruiter because she didn't orginally put in her calendar. Spoke several days later. It was clear that the position was not approved, because the Recruiter told me that their was an internal disagreement between two managers on what we're the most important job competencies, i.e. product development vs. operations. Clearly, this company is going through changes and it appears that some of the existing management is resistant. Hence, high turnover.
