UMT interview questions

Initial step is with an HR Rep which was the best part of the interview process and then it goes all down hill from there. Especially when you interview with one of the presidents. I currently work for a large reputable consulting firm with a global footprint and wanted to see what opportunities UMT had. Asked what they had to offer. Their answer? More hours, more travel, marginal pay bump for a company nobody has heard of and focusing on project server only. Unless you have NOTHING else going for you and UMT is your ONLY option, I suggest avoiding this company. Just look at their website and you should know. Company only has 150 employees and hiring for staff aug roles in project server.

Applied through a contact within the company. First interview was an HR screen. Very nice recruiter and definitely more to the point. Basic questions about your resume. Next round was at their office and meeting with the office senior manager as well as a technical person. UMT is very heavily focused on the Microsoft platform implementation (Project server, Azure, Sharepoint etc.). They want to know whether you have experience with any of those tools. Be sure to know that well. Also, they want to know where and how you will fit into their company so know that before going. They will ask you questions about your very specific experience and how it relates to the position
