The first round of interviews was a phone screening. The conversation was to understand the role and the interviewer asked a few questions to learn more about the candidate's experience. The second interview was behavioral set questions with a group and an emphasis on STAR response. The 3rd round of interviews was for the candidate to do a presentation on anything to see how well he/she can get the audience enthusiastic and excited about this particular something. Still awaiting decision.
