UNEY interview questions

I recently applied for the Product Marketing Manager position at UNEY. The HR representative who managed the process was very kind and professional, and I truly appreciated his attitude — that part of the experience was positive. The process started with an initial interview, followed by a marketing case study that took me around six hours to complete. After submitting it, I had a final interview with the CEO. Unfortunately, this conversation revealed a complete lack of professionalism and respect. The CEO kept interrupting me constantly, wouldn’t let me finish my answers, and was shaking his head “no” repeatedly while I was speaking. This behavior made the interview extremely uncomfortable and immediately showed me that this is not a healthy company culture. The CEO sets the tone for how people are treated internally — and if this level of disrespect happens during an interview, it’s easy to imagine how employees are treated on a daily basis. I would have preferred to meet the CEO before spending six hours on the marketing test, because after witnessing that kind of attitude, I would not have continued in the process. Additionally, the CEO was only available for one very specific day and time, showing no flexibility at all. Based on this experience, I can confidently say that UNEY does not seem like a good place to work. The leadership style reflects poor empathy, rigidity, and a lack of understanding of modern work culture. As someone with senior marketing experience, I can also say that a company that fails to value people and ideas cannot build sustainable growth strategies — and this one clearly doesn’t.
