I applied for the Entry Level Humanitarian Professionals Program. The interview went through several stages: Language tests written and oral (two languages), psychometric tests, then video interview through skype. The overall impression was good, I liked the psychometric tests in particular (the point there is not to answer all the questions, but as many as possible correctly). The interview itself was conducted through skype with 3 procurement specialists + one HR, and it was acompetency based interview.
