Web interview. Interviews are carried out by 3 panelists who will be related to your work inside the organisation. Commonly one of them is an intern, but not always. the process is generally very relaxed and the interviewers are not trying to put you in a difficult position

Question 1
Interview questions relate to the position. Read carefully the terms of reference because questions will focus on the skill needed for executing the tasks described there. they will also ask about previous experiences in similar circumstances.
I had a 30-minute interview that was very cordial and informational. I was asked about my interest in the role, relevant experience, and transferable skills. I was able to ask all my questions about the role and better understand the expectations of the job.

Interview
Application sent to UNHCR via email. The interview invitation was received via email. The interview was held via phone call with Protection Legal Officer which went for about thirty minutes or so.
First a written test of about 2-3 hours, followed by an interview with a panel.
I was interviewed by 4 people in total (2 were HR). The interview lasted about 30-40 and each of them asked about 2 questions.
The questions were competency based questions.
