Interview
It was nice and the board of interviewers were kind. However, getting a job there is quite a challenge. Unfortunately, I was not successful. However, given the chance I would try again.
It was a written test that took place as part of a 45-minute interview process, during which I had to answer a series of basic questions in both French and English, all scheduled and completed on the same day.

Introduce yourself, questions about current events, the organization and their particularity.
Il colloquio è competence based.
Dura all'incirca 30 min. L'importante è spiegare perchè si vuole lavorare lì e poi verranno fatte delle domande per testare le tue competenze (per esempio client orientation: ti è mai capitato di non poter soddisfare completamente le richieste di un tuo cliente? Come ti sei comportata?)
