I had to prove I was worthy for the job. I had about 3 months to convince leadership that I had the knowledge skill maturity, tenacity to carry out the duties that were assigned. It was a grueling work schedule and the people assigned to work with me were terrible. I got the job.

Held a culture interview, then a team interview.
The product team consisted of another PM, 2 designers, and around 8 engineers. The group gave good feedback and was making sure I would be a good fit for the team.

They asked about experience in Agile methodologies, as well as familiarity with practices like TDD, or extreme programming.
No interview is required. They conduct an records review and deiced if you can bring in different career field experiences. They were also looking to see if this could help you in your Air Force career in the future.
