the interview process was laid back. only asked a few questions if you properly prepare you'll do fine. Just look over basic interview information the night before and you do great.

Interview
Effective with 1 June 2011 promotions, you will have a revised promotion point score automatically calculated by using promotion point eligible data that exists in your Personnel and Training Records. Promotions effective for 1 June 2011 and after will use the Soldier’s real-time score in calculating the monthly cut-off scores for each MOS.
Study for board given to you by CSM and battalion 1SG's. Go to board and answer questions asked by the senior enlisted members present. If you don't know the answer to the question asked, don't try to BS your way out of it.
