the interview process was laid back. only asked a few questions if you properly prepare you'll do fine. Just look over basic interview information the night before and you do great.
Study for board given to you by CSM and battalion 1SG's. Go to board and answer questions asked by the senior enlisted members present. If you don't know the answer to the question asked, don't try to BS your way out of it.
