DLA uses the STAR method interview process. You will have to explain for example a problem you encountered and what you did to resolve it. Best thing you could do is have a scenario written out, so when you are asked you can give it to them without having to think about it.

Come prepared for a good amount of questions that will relate to contracts and how to form it. They offer training in areas that you may want to develop. This was not a hard interview as long as you come prepared
Phone interview scheduled. Behavioral-type interview questions. One hour was allotted for the interview but only took 20 minutes. Not very personal, just straight to the point. Offer came several weeks after interview.
