When being considered for certain jobs, the candidate submits their package for review. Packages are tailored to job requirements listing and undergone intense scrutiny. Competition is fair and candidates are represented equally.

Why I chose to apply for the position and what was the extent of my knowledge concerning it.
Interview was pretty easy and straightforward, but there will be follow ups for paperwork. Show up motivated and ready to discuss your past, present, and future and why you are interested in joining and they will take care of the rest.
I applied for an asisstant position.
I had no idea with the interview but I tried my best and the interviewer was quiet kind. So I think it will be a good fit for me.
Ask weight, height and requirements for the recruitment process. I was surprised I was not asked of I could swim, but it was a preliminary interview since I have to meet the requirements first and take the ASVAB.
