      Enlisted Recruit Interview

      Sep 30, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at US Navy

      Interview

An enlisted recruiter with more then 4 years experience will ask if you ever thought of serving. They may ask what do you think you know about the Navy. They will ask if you ever talked to a sailor recruiter before. If they don't tell a person on the phone that the 4 years of learning a job and performing it will earn more then $100, 000 in pay alone and journeyman's licenses and pay for 3 years of college, well you need to find a better recruiter.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What is most unexpected from anyone who drops by a recruiting office is: When the recruiter asks 'What was your Highest Math Class and what grade did you get?' and/or 'What was/is your grade point Average?'
