Application process online is very straight forward and easy to do. I was invited for an interview a week or so later. The interview itself was relaxed and there wasn't much pressure from the interviewer.

Interview
Applied online. Had an email and booked the interview slot. Make sure you get the first slot in so it shows that you are keen. I came in and was being interviewed on the shop floor, it only took 5-10 mins.
