USF Federal Credit Union interview questions

I interviewed with USF FCU for a Tech Support Specialist position late last month. After the second interview, I followed up with HR to reassure my interest with the company and to confirm their interest in me. I was told by HR that the hiring managers were still interviewing other candidates. I followed up with them the following week, and the week after. It's been three weeks and I have yet to receive an answer from them. Regardless of how I performed during the interview, if this is how they treat potential candidates, I can't imagine how they treat their customers.
