This abrupt notification left me feeling as though I had been essentially ghosted by the company, with no apparent intent to engage in a dialogue despite my willingness to reach out and inquire. In any recruitment process, clear and timely communication is essential, and it's crucial for companies to uphold a professional and respectful approach. When candidates take the initiative to reach out, it's expected that companies respond in a timely and considerate manner, even if the outcome is not in the candidate's favor. A more transparent and responsive communication process would greatly improve the overall candidate experience.
