Many common HR questions asked with a panel of 5-6 people interviewing you. Afterwards, they performed a second interview with the dean. Atmosphere was very professional but every one was very nice.

Interview
After applying online, I was contacted by HR for a 30 minute virtual interview. The interview ended being with 5 (!) department managers - this took me by surprise, as I hadn't been told beforehand and thought it would be a screening by the HR rep.
About a week later, I was invited to campus for another interview with the same people, along with a brief talk with the university chancellor and a campus tour. They asked a lot of the same questions from the video interview.
I was offered the position about 2 weeks later but declined in favor of a job with another company.
