Describe a situation when you had to win over a deal.
First round with HR then Manager and finally technical representative interview. They were try to hire someone who has expertise on Agentic AI even they have very limited knowledge. That's why their evaluation was kind of bad.

I was an employee referral. Talked to the recruiter. The conversation went well and the recruiter told me he would move me to the next round. Month and a half later he won't return my emails and I haven't gotten a rejection. Ghosted.
