Applied online for PSE role.
I have about 1.5 years of RPA developer experience along with 7+ years IT experience.
Round 1- Hacker Rank test. 10 puzzles and 2 coding questions.
Round 2- 30 min video call with HR. It was very basic round.
Round 3- 1hr video call with Senior Pre-Sales team member. This round was again coding,
puzzle and 2 behavioral questions.
Round 4- 1 hr video call Team Lead. This was a behavioral round. He went over my resume and asked me all about experience with RPA, Challenges i faced implementing RPA at my work, my opinion on future of RPA, architecture of my current RPA projects and implementations.
After 1 week I received the auto-generated rejection email. I wish I could know what went wrong in behavioral round as i was very satisfied with all my answers.

Puzzles and coding questions are no fun if you are not used to them.
The interview process was smooth and timely. After each session a proper and in time feedbacks was given by HR to the candidates. The way UiPath treat candidates are appreciable.

Horrendous!
Zero respect for my time and lack of communication from recruiting team and hiring managers.
After several interviews (~5) I was scheduled for an interview with a VP. He was a no show. I emailed the recruiter who rescheduled, again he stood me up. I emailed the recruiter, no response. I emailed the recruiter again who then informed me the role was filled. Complete waste of my time and theirs. I hope they don't treat you like this!
During the entire process, there was no explanation of steps, timeline or process. You will wait several weeks then out of the blue the recruiter will contact again. Weird.
