Small company, interview process by leadership team with directors. informal. Sometimes they select the senior conslutants - patners to participate as well. They look for experience and academic records as well as some unsusual life experience. Sometimes they present you a business case or a customer case and ask for your analysis and test your decision making process and discuss it with you. it is a nice expeirence as you learn what you did and what could you have done better.
