Interview
Two rounds of interviews, each rounds with two interviews with the classical structure: background, case and questions. After the second round I had a short interview with the head of the unit.
All the people were very kind and easy going.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Usual case interviews questions, for example how much would you pay for a taxi license in Milan.
Initial call with HR or a team member to assess motivation, followed by a technical interview. Then a technical panel with several team members, usually including typical IB guide questions.
Test online di ragionamento e inglese, abbastanza complesso finire tutte le domande nei tempi stabiliti.
Dopo questo test si viene contattati per una videocall conoscitiva in cui ci si presenta e poi si fa un lavoro di risoluzione di un caso in gruppo

Interview
Il colloquio è iniziato con un test da svolgere online in autonomia, in cui affrontare task di:
1. ragionamento induttivo
2. ragionamento matematico
3. lingua inglese
E un questionario riguardo al comportamento sul lavoro.
Nel complesso dura circa un ora, e le domande non testano le hard-skills ma richiedono risposte veloci e precise.
