Interview

The overall interview process took a long time. There were several interviews throughout the course: 1. Phone Interview c/o HR 2. Panel Interview with the Department Heads (all in all this took the longest time as those who were not present in the panel interview all requested interviews for their own) 3. Interview with the Division Head HR asked standard interview questions (tell me about yourself, what do you think is your biggest weakness, etc.), while the questions in the interviews with the department heads and the division head were geared towards assessing how fit you are for the role - they asked situational questions and specific questions related to the tasks for the position
