I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Union Bank (Hanford, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interview was very smooth and very easy process. The regional manager was straight to the interview questions and joti was easy going and made me feel at ease. I knew all the aspects of the job and the requirements and what they are looking for in the candidate they choose. I felt very confident with my phone interview.
Easy 3 rounds of interview- first one phone interview with recruiter, second one with branch manager and third one with the regional manager. All 3 interviews within 1 week and then offer same day. Offer accepted, good benefits, PTO, sick time too.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Union Bank (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2020
Interview
From the first call from Hr, district manager, branch manager and the on-boarding team; very organized. Detailed instructions on what to do, to be ready to work on your first day.
You just have to keep checking emails, and check your spam. Very professional and pleasant.

Question 1
How to build uncovered needs, work as a team; every manager has a different style but all questions are geared towards the same goal; team work and uncovering needs for our clients.
I applied online. I interviewed at Union Bank (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2020
Interview
I applied online, submitted my application and resume. Got a call from the recruiter who was very nice and professional. She set up a virtual interview with two branch managers. The first interview or manager moved on to a different candidate and I got another interview with the different branch manager. I got a call from the recruiter that I got the job. They run background check and less than a week I got the OK to put my two week notice from my current job.
I appreciate all the help and professionalism from the recruiters and managers from Union Bank.
