Very smooth and quick process. I was very surprised at how smooth everything went. And how professional everyone was from recruiting to the two managers I had the pleasure in interviewing with. I am very happy I've made this decision to come on board and I look forward to my new path.

How comfortable I was with lending. Especially business loans.
Easy 3 rounds of interview- first one phone interview with recruiter, second one with branch manager and third one with the regional manager. All 3 interviews within 1 week and then offer same day. Offer accepted, good benefits, PTO, sick time too.

From the first call from Hr, district manager, branch manager and the on-boarding team; very organized. Detailed instructions on what to do, to be ready to work on your first day.
You just have to keep checking emails, and check your spam. Very professional and pleasant.

Interview
I applied online, submitted my application and resume. Got a call from the recruiter who was very nice and professional. She set up a virtual interview with two branch managers. The first interview or manager moved on to a different candidate and I got another interview with the different branch manager. I got a call from the recruiter that I got the job. They run background check and less than a week I got the OK to put my two week notice from my current job.
I appreciate all the help and professionalism from the recruiters and managers from Union Bank.
