Union Hospital (Elkton MD) interview questions

I applied on indeed, got an email back from the company HR. Then I went for an in person interview at the hospital with the HR person, then with foodservice manager and foodservice staff. Here I was asked about previous work experience, how I will focus on the company’s core values and how I fit into the role and mission of the company. It took about 3 weeks total then I had to get some tests done and documents filed before being able to work

I applied on line on a Saturday. Received a call on Tuesday to schedule an interview on Thursday with the HR rep and Manager. Pleasant experience-questions pertaining to your school and work background. The manager did most of the talking-all about what the job entails. I received a letter about a week later stating I was not chosen.
