The first round was an HR introduction, followed by a discussion with the design manager. After that came the assignment round, where I was given three days to complete a task. I put in a lot of effort and submitted it on time. However, after a week, the HR reached out saying the role had been paused due to internal restructuring. Honestly, it felt like they just wanted to get free work done under the guise of hiring. If there were internal changes coming up, why even move forward with the assignment? Overall, a disappointing experience — wouldn’t recommend.
