I given first written test in a job Fare.
Then after a weak I got call for Group discussion.
Then after one weak went for face to face that is for tow Technical
After that one managerial round
Then finally HR that was just salary discussion.

**checks for the voice, accent of the candidate,the vocab,pronunciation,and fluency.

-what if you were a windmill
-what will you do and what will you change if you have all the super power for a day
-tell about the brightest moment of your life
-randomnly choose any topic

-basic computer questions (related to saving an image on screen, shortcut keys in MS office, functionalities if web browser,
problem solving questions.)

**checks how a candidate communicate with the other person

-asked about RAM, Virtual Memory
-asked some creative questions(tell 5 to 10 uses of a bottle)

-coming from a btech background will you move to any other opportunity.
4> HR round
** checking for the eye contact of the candidate and fluency in speaking

-where do you see yourself 5 yrs down the line
-ur hobbies
-tell me about the previous round and what do you think about it

1-you have to choose 1 section among 3 java, c, .net.very simple question in java but c is bit difficult.
