Federal contract opportunity was aggressive as they recently were awarded the prime contract. They treated incumbents poorly, orderly few options unless the customer specifically mentioned them. Lost the renewal and it the same process played out in reverse.
Interview process was lengthy over a span of 3 weeks plus. Hr was not up for negotiations at al.
Leave policy is not that great. However overall interview process was ok ok

Interviewed with 3 people via zoom. Everyone was kind and made me very interested in the role. One person was very late and that left a bad impression but we rescheduled and then they were lovely.

I had a great experience. Everyone I talked to was honest and down to earth. They asked relevant questions but focused more on building rapport. It was a great experience. There’s an in-depth background check and drug test-it didn’t feel invasive because I understood they have federal contracts.
