Applied through the company website, but then was referred by an employee as well. After 3 weeks, I got an email from HR asking to schedule a 30 minute phone screen with HR. Scheduled via link provided. After the phone screen, another email asked me to schedule a call with the Hiring Manager of the department. The call with the manager lasted an hour. Details of the job were explained and I got a chance to ask him some questions I had as well. He was very personable and honest about the company in general. Later that week I was invited for an onsite interview at the RTP site. Met the hiring manger and few other associate managers in the department, while skyping with a director who was traveling at the time. Got a tour of the facility and wrapped up with a 30 min talk with an HR person. Everyone were very honest and answered my questions with a lot of detail, which I appreciated. I could really tell that culture is highly valued here. After emailing few thank you notes, it took them 2 weeks to give me an offer. I got what I asked for with an additional very generous sign on bonus. During the entire process, HR was very responsive and kept me posted on the status on my application. It was a great experience overall.
