I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Universal Music Group (Santa Monica, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
I went in to meet with the current assistant and had a general interview. After that, I met with the executive I would be working under. The interview was easy and more of a "getting to know each other" process, and whether I would be a good fit for them.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Universal Music Group (Paris) in Oct 2024
Interview
Appel puis entretien par la chargée d’administration et le sous directeur.
Entretien rapide, pas beaucoup de questions de la part des employeurs et refus par mail copié collé à tout le monde. Pas de retours constructifs donc perte de temps

Question 1
Pas vraiment de questions. Je ne sais pas si c’était moi personnellement mais ils n’avaient pas vraiment l’air de vouloir passer cet entretien
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Music Group in Jun 2024
Interview
Interview process was great. The hiring coordinator was so nice and open with me about the process, where I stood, what the next steps were, and what traits were the most important to display.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Universal Music Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter one day after applying and she asked me a few questions about the position and about myself. I had a FaceTime interview with the other two Admin Assistants on the team (one who was leaving and who's position they were interviewing for). The chat was very casual and relaxed. I was then invited for an in person interview with the two lawyers who I'd be supporting. That interview lasted about an hour and it was very comfortable and enjoyable. The office is very cool and open and everyone made me feel welcome.
