I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Universal Music Group in Feb 2022
Interview
I had a total of 4 interviews. I applied in November and my last interview was around mid February.
First one was a recorded interview, questions will pop on the screen and you record your answer. My 2nd interview was with a recruiter. The 3rd and 4th interview were with people from the department that I would work in. Overall, the interviews were fine and conversational. But for my 2nd interview, my interview date was changed last minute (I was told the day before my interview) and as well as the time. The time of the interview was changed the day of and the recruiter was slow to respond to my emails. I think the interview process could be more organized and efficient. Didn't hear back after a month but would've appreciated an email with their decision.
