Interview
The process takes a full day, beginning with a 15-minute presentation in the morning, followed by a panel interview in the afternoon. People are nice but the position is competitive.

Question 1
What's the potential contribution to the department
Friendly panel - some background preparation needed ahead of time. Overall there was a good allocation of time to discuss role along with expectations, and also to ask any questions to understand the culture.
Questions aligned very closely with the job expectations. There were seven people on the interview panel. I was asked to put together a syllabus for a course I would be teaching. All of the questions were very fair and seemed standardised.
