It was more of a coffee chat with a professor than a formal interview. The professor was really kind and nice and showed welcome to me at the end of the interview.

The interview was hosted via zoom back in 2020. The interviewer was really nice, asked some common questions, and was empathetic the whole time. it probably took 15 mins or so.

Applied online in December. At the beginning of January I got invitation for an interview weekend event over the phone by professor. For the first day, we just hung out with other applicants and the graduate students. The next day I was interviewed by three different professors.
