Interview
One phone call interview with the recruiter, then moving forward into 3 separate zoom interviews with individuals from the management team. After all the interview process is complete you will then input your references through searchlight and that is the final step in the interview process. It was quite easy and process went relatively fast.

Cordial, energetic, and professional through and through. The interviewers created an environment that allowed me to put my best foot forward. They were very empathetic and gave positive affirmations. This was my best interview to date.

Friendly, thorough, expedient. Overall a wonderful experience. Had my first initial interview on a Tuesday and had follow-up interviews that Thursday. Was offered the job the Monday after. They ask for references after the second and third interviews and use a third party to access them. This made the process quick and they actual do review these references.

I applied on a Saturday afternoon. Not even one minute after Upstart opened for the day, I received a note that (Regrettably - we have decided to pursue other candidates). Extremely unprofessional, I have a Master's degree and over five years of experience in this field, and from what it looked like, they were hiring multiple candidates. Do some research on your candidates before writing them off completely.
