Applied for a junior position in the Internal Tools team. i was given a task that was constructed 2 completely unrelated topics. in the email i was instructed to choose slots for an interview and sent my task to the team leader. after a couple of days of no reply i send emails to both hr and team lead. no answer. after a week +, a different hr contacted me asking if i was available for an interview. During the interview i presented what i did. i was pretty shocked by the lack of interest that they showed me, like they didn't even care what i did and just wanted the interview to be over. Overall really unfriendly and cold.

Given a table you and another player play a game. each put a coin on the table, you start first. where do you put the first coin and what is your strategy to win.
The interviewer asked some inappropriate personal questions.
The home test was average but long, and no direct feedback about the decline, quite disappointing and not respectful, you may want to not fully commit to their process.

Interview
A phone call with the recruiter, followed by a 30-minute interview with the team manager, and then an assignment that you have 3 days to complete. After completing the assignment, a technical interview.
