Initial discussion with HR about job profile. Then online computer test, then they scheduled telephonic interview and forgot to conduct that. After few follow up emails, telephonic round was re-scheduled and done. Then invited for face to face discussion, this time I waited outside their locked office for 45 mins after scheduled time. In second round of interview they tell me about the business ethics and how people get offer from one company and search for counter offer. They are not expecting this from people else v group blacklist such candidates somewhere on IT forum, in result they will not receive job calls from other companies. After second round, I reach out to them several times for interview outcome which I haven't received even after 2 months. Reason provided was, they have not received client confirmation for next round of interview. Very unprofessional, unethical people. No value for others time. Not recommended at all. Advice: Provide timely interview feedback to candidates whatever it is.
