Interview
Face-to-face interview with 7 team members (managers, nurses, nurse residency person). Approximately 10 questions asked. Took an hour for the interview. The managers present on the interview were ones who were hiring.
You'll be contacted by HR after your resume has been reviewed by the department manager. HR determines, based on review, which applications to move forward. The interview is performance-based. The applicants are scored based on an interview in different areas.
